Our vineyard was planted in 1985 when the idea of an English vineyard was thought very odd. Since then English wine has grown in stature and reputation and we are no longer seen as being quite so peculiar.

We make a dry, sparkling white wine using two different grape varieties : Bacchus and Seyval Blanc.  We both have full time careers so we manage the vineyard in our spare time. We sell the wine in local shops and pubs.
